[Also backdated to yesterday. I dropped the ball, but Cricket definitely did not. Bright and early, Maggie and Cricket bust into the Senior Ebonboy's cabin and shower Nate with affection. There were probably balloons involved (but no glitter). From there, they send him off on a magical scavenger hunt to find his presents, which are scattered around Ebonhide and the lodge. Additionally, they've wrapped the inside and outside of his locker and filled it with candy. A fancy cake is delivered at dinner from some bougie bakery. Treats are left on his chair in every class and in the Bear Cave. It's their baby's (even though he is older than them) big day!!!]

[An unnecessarily expensive sweater, a magical essential oil diffuser alarm clock (emits invigorating lemongrass oils in the morning and soothing lavender in the evening), a set of puzzles that magically change/reset when solved, and a bear silhouette t-shirt. Not pictured: many things Nate does not want but will receive anyway--including friendship bracelets (yes, multiple), yet another bottle of nice cologne, cute little bear paw slippers. Also, magical headphones that change the tempo of music based on heart rate to keep you both relaxed and alert.]

Nate is so sorry you have to put up with this every morning on January 17, Leo and other faceless Ebonboys. NATE LOVES YOU TWO, his mom is going to be so happy that he got properly smothered on his eighteenth birthday. He gave them both BIG OL' HUGS and begrudgingly wore as many friendship bracelets and bear paw slippers and cologne as they wanted him to wear because lbr it's also their day, they want to see him enjoying his gifts.
