The lowkey hangout thing is kind of nice. I haven't woken up hearing about any major fallout which is new? I'm starting to realize I kind of like chilled out parties more, but it was a school night, after all. And with the Quidditch game this weekend, it's probably best if some of us take it easy this weak to gear up.

Should I have gone?

Yeah it was all right. Just food and hot chocolate and people telling ghost stories. Really laidback and not a whole lot of messing around. It was good to see actually.

I don't mind the loud ones I guess if I go with the right people.

I didn't wander into a kissing game so I'm counting that as a plus, at least for me.

Yeah you never know when one of those is going to pop up.

I keep an eye on the warning signs now.

What are the warning signs?

A sudden and very abrupt mass exodus of a great number of the party should have been the hint last time.

Are they running to or away from the kissing?

Nah, that's not really my thing. And I'm not sure if I really know any?

Me neither. I just like to add the ~special effects~ while other people tell them.

Personally? I kind of always try to take it easy. But like, a raging party a few days before a game isn't good for any Quidditch player?

As in, learning to stay away from that kind of party, right?

Well there's that too, but I kind of always get dragged to them, so it's better to know the warning signs when I'm already at the party.

I bet there's some upside someone actually good at Herbology knows, like nitrogen or something, but there's probably better ways than that.
