"Not even a lit-," Cecil begins with a smile, though the thought is cut off by a soft 'oof' instead as Levi kicks off of him and swims away. He laughs and splashes at the departing boy pointlessly before following, ready to get out of the cold water and dry off and just relax for a while.
Once he's out, he pushes back his wet hair and takes the towel gratefully (thanking Levi), but definitely makes a face at that question as he wraps it around his shoulders. "There aren't leeches in the lake," he points out reasonably, sounding mostly certain. Because he's been swimming in this water for four years and has never once had to pull a leech off of himself or anyone else. So there aren't leeches. Right?
