It's actually kind of comforting to hear laughter right now. It's not bad, after a night of eternal panic and stress. He's even able to react normally to her stern expression. Of course, that means letting mock-horror cover his face for a whole second, before relaxing into a quiet grin. "You know, I'm glad I'm not crossing you for real. That's very frightening."
