i just [...] i couldn't see anybody? so i wasn't sure if he was still listening? so - yelling happened. just in case.

i don't MIND telling them. like positive review for therapy so far? but i don't know if he'd WANT me to tell anybody. i don't want to upset him MORE or noting.
