Phi's attention is stolen away from people-watching very quickly by Nia's voice. For a brief moment she appears a little ruffled and confused, even looking around her to see if the other girl is speaking to someone nearby instead. But, no, she must mean her. Just a case of mistaken identity, then. She opens her mouth to say something to that effect but... this is her chance just to have a little fun, right?
