FAIR. Persona games are all notoriously slow to start because they do a lot of world building and mechanics and stuff up front but the pace definitely gets better as you go. And that won't be the focus of the game or anything, no. But it definitely has it's fair share of 'ugh, people are the fucking worst :|' subject matter. But it fits in with the theme of the game and whatnot.
