Okay. So. Do you honestly think this reformed thing is working for me? Because it is frankly exhausting to be good and I think I'm not really all that great at it anyway. It's no secret that I've done some shitty things in the past and maybe am still doing when I take steps to try to fix certain things it only feels like I'm digging an even bigger hole. And then there are those people that I just naturally react to in a certain way and I don't even know what the fuck is my deal but I can't seem to stop.

This is about Park and Ulysses and maybe Vee. Okay, largely Vee. I am a bit of a dick and apparently my talking to her is just making her worse or something. Park and Ulysses are both shitheads and I like being a shithead back too. Like kinda a lot. But also this necessarily means that I am failing majorly on the whole 'better person' plan I think.

I really hope you speak the language of rambling bullshit, because that is all my thoughts apparently amount to right now.

PS: Avoid our cabin for the moment if you can. Or like levitate your way in and out if you absolutely have to get back. There are glitter-traps everywhere. That may or may not be my fault too.

Well, like, if you don't want to tempt fate by using scouring or vanishing charms on yourself, you could always just, like, use oil. That should take most of it off. At least enough to meet the Maximum Glitter Allotment for Library Access.

How are your vanishing spells? If you're careful with them, you can make sure you're only vanishing glitter versus, say, glitter and whatever the glitter's stuck to.

If you'd rather avoid naked mishaps, I can help you out. Although I'm still at Ribbonfin. I've been trying to figure out how to find and disarm these things.

I tried those. It's vanishing in small amounts at a time because I don't want to take my own skin off too. It's just time-consuming too.

The majority of them are in the entrance and trail leading to our cabin. The room itself seems to be okay.

Ah, thank you. Worst case scenario, I was contemplating just trying to purposefully set them all off and then vanishing the glitter, and that'll be easier if they're in a contained area.

Well first, to ease your mind, I definitely speak the language of rambling bullshit; you're good to go. (This isn't actually rambling bullshit so you're extra good to go.) I think you're managing the "reformed thing" pretty well. I mean, unfortunately you're not just going to... suddenly not want to get into it with some people? Especially with some people who make it kind of easy to get into it with. But don't let that make you think you're not doing better. Hell, even I still want to hit some people sometimes; we're only human.

As for specifics... giving Vee space is the best and kindest thing you can do, even though I know it's probably hard. For Chris and Ulysses, try to just ignore them as much as you can. Neither one of them means anything by it probably, and getting in trouble because of them is definitely not worth it. Plus if you get into anything with Ulysses Casper is not going to be happy, and he Just... try to disregard whatever they say?

Chris and Ulysses... look, Chris especially will rise to the bait. Don't respond, for your own sake. I know you like it but you've got to decide what's important to you: having fun getting into tiffs or moving towards being a person who doesn't do that. Make your decisions from that, whatever they are. And there's nothing wrong with having a playfully antagonistic relationship with someone, but... you've got to make sure that 'playfully' is a part of it.

Unpopular opinion: ultimately it doesn't matter how she's feeling about you right now, because what does matter is that things probably won't get better for either of you if you keep talking for the time being. You both just need some time and some distance from the situation.

And a lot being... a lot. It's fine, really. Just sorting out life after graduation. Also I learned my lesson with drinking on Spring Break, so you're out of luck there. I don't think I've ever had that bad of a hangover before.
