When I considered what my patronus might be, it definitely wasn't a dragonfly. Maybe something a little more stronger, like a bear, but a dragonfly? I don't get it.

Dragonflies are super neat! They're super agile fliers and almost totally panoramic vision.

Well those are just bug facts. I'm sure they've got some like spiritual meaning too?

Or that you're really observant and fast.

Mine's a rabbit and I'm still kind of figuring that out too. I think it might be more like Ursula's since I just really like them. But I'm not super fast or anything.

In div dragonflies are associated with transformation, adaptability, happiness, and understanding DEEPER MEANINGS and TRUTH and stuff. Any of that sound right?

And, hey, if nothing else, they're supposed to be GOOD LUCK?

I feel like a lot of animals represent adaptability.

They just all kinda start to sound the same when you hear enough about them. Like someone who was writing the animal meanings book ran out of words.

Wanna know what RABBITS are associated with?

[personal profile] peanutbuttercup 2018-03-25 10:34 pm (UTC)(link)
Is it adaptability?

Mine's an inchworm. I suppose as long as it does the job, that's what matters.

Ever raise a dragonfly? I had a pet inchworm last year.
