HAPPY BIRTHDAY, WEBSTER!!!

Today is Webster Knox's eighteenth trip around the sun! Bright and early, Lilika knocks up on the Azurcrest Senior Boy's door to hand deliver birthday donuts. They're a little stale but the sentiment is nice. Reece Downing answers in his boxers. Nice.

When Webster goes to the bathrooms to brush his teeth, he finds that every mirror is pasted with a cutout of his face in a party hat. It's a cute sentiment that maybe was taken a smidge too far—a groggy Lachlan Galbraith screams when they step into the showers and find Webster's face plastered all over the stalls, as well.

And things are only just beginning. Webster arrives at the lodge to find his locker wrapped, as well as each individual book inside. His seat in Charms is covered in glitter and confetti, which contaminates the belongings of a disgruntled [Charms Student C] who sits nearby.

At lunch, Webster is given eighteen individual balloons by fourteen pliable freshman and four upperclassmen 'volunteers,' Oscar Zabinsky, Cameron Carney, [Character F], and [Character G].

During Potions, Lilika ignores the lesson and brews a potion that causes whoever inhales the fumes to speak in an extremely high pitched voice for fifteen to twenty minutes. She passes around her cauldron and encourages everyone to sing 'Happy Birthday!' as class is letting out. The potion has an unusually strong effect on Georgiana Mills who can't stop speaking in 'helium voice' until well into the evening.

Webster finally gets some peace come dinner time, but only because Lilika is busy setting up Azurcrest camp. When Webster makes his way up Jay Trail, he spots a huuuuuuuge 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY, WEBSTER!!!' banner hovering in the air above the entrance to Azurcrest camp. The banner rains confetti on anyone who passes beneath it. The firepit is decorated with balloons and streamers. S'more supplies are on hand, as well as a clearly store imported birthday cake that maybe got a little crushed on the flight over.

Lilika forces all the available Jays to sing 'Happy Birthday!' one more time. As everyone sings, she throws a handful of mysterious powder that she purchased from a catalog into the fire, causing the flames to turn bright blue, shoot six feet into the air, and create sparks that spell out 'IT'S A BOY!' Whoops! With a bit of quick wandwork, [Character I] is able to change the sparks into a big, glittering heart.

We love you, Webster!!!

This is a gratuitous and ridiculous and Lilika is a menace but more scenes with our darling Webster benefits us all, so.
