Thank you to everyone who came out to see the play last night. And thank you to everyone involved for helping to make it my favorite school play to be involved in yet. I’d say that despite the hiccups, it was a bloody success.

If you see everyone’s favorite grumpy bear today, don't forget to say:

Should we do something for Casper’s birthday? We had a party last year, but there’s already a Grotto party tomorrow. Besides that, if he’s not feeling well, he may not be up for it.

Maybe we should try to do some kind of good goose citizen stuff and get a bunch of house points?

Mufferaw made it as good as new. Tried to see if I could get people to carry me around in a palanquin, but no luck.

No. I'm sure she's at least a little disappointed, because if she'd died for real people would have talked about it for years.

Well, that's more of a theater superstition, and that's probably the last theater production I'll be in.

Getting him drunk, for one. I mean, forget his birthday — this might just be the last time we all make it out to the Grotto. No, I'm gonna make him do a shot for every time he fights me on it and y'all'd better hold me to it.

We'll have to really nag him to make sure he gets drunk. Are we sure he can still get into the Grotto, since he's an old man now?

Yeah. Maybe as long as he's still enrolled in classes it's fine.
