June 5th

Chloe Shepherd needs help with her senior project! The Gooseberry-inspired art-based Choose Your Own Adventure-style "video game" needs some play testing before senior projects are due in a couple weeks. [Character A] encounters an issue early on and can't seem to get their avatar to do anything except nap. Austin tears through the game and gets a rare ending where the villain, an immortal serial killer, looks like it's the school bully, but turns out to be his twin sister instead.

June 12th

Crit&Run D&D is winding down for the year, and it's time for everyone to get their happy endings. Today there's a beautiful, heartwarming wedding between the characters of Chloe, Ursula... and Sy. Thruples are very in this year, you guys.

Monopoly may be banned, but Goose-Opoly sure isn't! Gwen unveils their Gooseberry-themed Monopoly board, with spaces like The Sauna and The Grotto for Boardwalk and Park Place, Campsites instead of Railroads, and Coppertale Boys' Bathroom (Hell Version) for Jail.

June 19th

It's the final Gaming Club meeting of the year, and, as promised, incumbent president Austin McNamara holds a Mario Kart Tournament to determine next year's president. If your sophomore or junior wants to go for it, put their names in here and on or around the 19th I'll roll to see who's going to carry on the title!

MINUTIAE

Gaming Club meets every Tuesday in the Atrium at 7:00 PM.

The Gaming Club members list is here, though Austin will never take attendance and never kick out drop-ins. Only members can participate in tournaments, though.

This is very low-key, unstructured and optional calendar that will be posted on the first Tuesday of the month. If you want to scene anything, whether it's one of the events referenced above or just a chill Tuesday night in the lodge, feel free to do it here. There will be a link to each one in Austin's journal if you want to come here for reference or for a random scene in the middle of the month.

Technically, this should only be open to Gaming Club members, but life is chaos and if you want your senior who's never even been here before to try out, who am I to say no to that face?

Austin doesn't have strong feelings one way or the other about being president again, but... boy would he like to prove his Mario Kart superiority.

Austin gets first place in the Mario Kart tournament, and if anyone is dumb enough to return to this hell school next year, he'll be around to tell them the rules to Cards Against Gooseberry.
