"Runs" makes me think of water, but when is water dead?

Neither are thought exercises. A riddle may have an intended answer, but if you're creative, you can sometimes come up with one better than the intended answer.

Alright. Don't get turned around with the moving staircases.

We're fine. ~~A good deal of the Slytherins are idi~~ Having accommodations in the dungeons feels a little melodramatic, but it's not bad.

i did for a while. but if you just keep walking you find your way back eventually.
