grimshaw has gone rogue. when mr. merrill was trying to get him to leave us alone, grimshaw called him a mudblood and used the killing curse to murder him.

Brother is dead. calvin's mimic has his heart and escaped with it. this is what grimshaw was trying to retrieve. calvin's mimic claimed grimshaw is the one who killed Brother for his heart, but we don't know if that's the truth on account of it's a mimic.
