You don't have to scrap it. Just start a new one. Set the old one to the side. Try the new one.

I've been juggling like three senior projects since freshman year.

Then you were already wasting your time.

These projects are supposed to teach us something. If you're not learning, you're wasting your time. If you are learning, then it doesn't matter if you don't end up presenting the final product, because you didn't waste your time. You learned something.

If you learned something, then even if you can't make it work, it won't be a waste of time. But if you're attached to it, you can stick to it too. You still have time.
