During the Anonymous Post, Cecil promised (very not-anonymously) to bring some treats for the Coppertale senior boys. After class, he does and stops by with a pumpkin pie and a batch of fox-shaped gingerbread cookies. Hopefully, someone is there because he doesn't want to leave all this on the steps! Maybe he should've planned this better?

Cecil smiles and assures Rafael that he's used to that (it's usually just coming from little birdies instead of little foxes) and that he doesn't mind. Just please don't let Robin eat an entire pie? Because he'll get so sick.

...Honestly, he'll take all the distractions he can get right now, anyway. He doesn't say this, though.

All the same, Rafael doesn't want Cecil turning into Coppertale's personal chef. Cecil's very talented, though, and Rafael will bring up that Cecil really should seriously consider culinary school.

...And then he'll wonder if he dreamed up that conversation, or if they actually talked about it, since he was feverish at the time.

Cecil obviously remembers the conversation better than Rafael does and blushes a little to hear the point being reiterated again. He thanks the other boy and gives flustered little responses (he doesn't know what he wants to do? and maybe? and it's not exactly a good use of a magical education is it, haha?) and eventually says his goodbyes so he can get to choir practice.
