Do other injuries take the same amount of time as bones? (I'm ashamed to say I didn't look up canon before asking)

Like do sprained wrists heal naturally because there's no bone to mend? And things like gashes have tergeo to stop bleeding but is that it? (Sorry I'm an idiot lol)
