It hasn't escaped my notice that something's been going on with you. I think it's high time for a talk. I worry about you on a personal level, as well as about whether or not making you prefect was fair of me. You've got a lot on your mind, and sometimes I worry that prefecting shouldn't take a priority over you focusing on you. I chose you for your good heart, but I need to know you're in a good place, and that my prefects are able to do their duties.

This isn't optional, sorry. We need to have a serious discussion about how you're doing and if I can do anything to help. Schedule a time with me before the end of next week.

He's concerned that it may be too much for her right now, and needs honest opinions. Replies to this post will be screened, because whatever you say to Mr. Merrill is never leaving his office. Katya, he wants to ask about how you're doing, and is seeking an honest response about your opinion on being a prefect.

This could result in Katya's prefect badge being reassigned.
