You know. If I could pick what animal I would turn into with Animagus Studies, I think I'd pick a squid. Just think of the unlimited power in all of those arms. Little suckers all up and down. You'd be able to hold all the things, squiggle under a tiny door because you'd be a escape artist and hide with your fantastic camouflage. It's the ultimate pick for someone that wants to steal things.

Plus your Halloween costume would already be done. Cthulhu. Always Cthulhu.

Of course. There could be a levitating charm on it so you could hover. Inside of it there is, well basically a functioning breathing system. Pumping air in and filtering it. Flexible leggings that would also have a small water system running around each finger/tentacle. Hover and breath.

You'd get all this ready before transforming? Or after transforming?

If I knew I was going to be a squid for sure I'd have it ready to go.

But there are other animals that can be good cute thieves! Like squirrels, rhesus monkeys, blue jays, and hyenas. And also, the arctic fox! Which, coincidentally, goes nicely with what I'd pick. A red fox!

I mean -- would you be as big as a whale if you were a whale ?
Would you suffocate

Can you be an insect ?
If you're something with poison or venom or w/e

See! I want to be a squid but is that even possible? I can imagine making some sort of contraption so you can use it on land but I guess you'd just have to chill in the water as a whale. That seems both awesome and isolating.
