So what makes prom different from all the other dances? Other than this whole royalty thing.

Well, it's usually a very big event, and sometimes they rent a space off campus so we get a real ballroom and lots of space. There are photos taken, and inevitably a bunch of kids sneak off and get drunk behind the hotel or whatever.
