My dad just owled me about Christmas and is stressing about it being late. Ladies and gentlemen, the senior MACUSA representative for the great state of Pennsylvania. Two months in advance is not good enough for him.

Tabitha's favourite people (Individuals named here, Cressida, any other names we decide to add)

What he said was that he and Mom are out of the house between Christmas and New Year's, because they're going to my grandma's in Wisconsin. I believe his exact words were "you're smart enough to not let things get too out of hand, or at least, to be able to hide it from your mother".

Yep, folks, time to plan a mid-holiday break party! I'm just listing you guys in the ward now but we can add people for sure.

Oh, and those of you who don't celebrate or who aren't with family this year are totally welcome to come for Christmas too. Or New Year's, whatever you want. We've got the room!

He has his moments. One of which may be the fact some of his junior staffers are hanging around for the holidays, which means over 21s, which means booze. For those who want it, at least.

It's okay, nobody actually gives a shit about Hannukah except for Lieb and I think that's only because he has 292637 babies he wants to take pictures of alternating pretending to light the menorah. I'll be good after my dual Christmases by the 26th

Awesome! We're just figuring out that kind of thing now. It won't be too close to actual Christmas because obviously people will be wanting to spend that with family, if they celebrate.

The Ogletrees are a Proper Influence according to my grandparents, so I don't think anybody would keep me from attending a Function at Their Residence!

Are we telling them that the proper grown up Ogletrees aren't actually going to be there?

I... I don't know if I'm meant to be part of this ward? Thank you, though, for the invitation, Tabitha. I'll probably be staying at the school over the holiday, and I don't know if they'd let me leave for a party.
