KISSING DAY

RULES

• Kissing Day is the day before the summer solstice! It's considered good luck to get kissed today, and bad luck and a year of loneliness if you don't get a kiss, or if the object of your affection refuses a kiss from you.


• The melodrama of what it means if you don't get the right kiss can vary, so feel free to have your characters be incredibly melodramatic or extremely exasperated over this superstition.


• Simply comment with your character's name and form below, and then respond to others who have posted their characters!


• Some students may be under the impression that more kissing = more luck. Will anything special happen if you collect the most kisses? (... probably not, but you'll sure feel loved.)

Spying Cole, Ana smiles. "Cole! Kiss for good luck?" she asks, not wanting to bombard him with her enthusiasm for another excuse to kiss people.

"I'm not sure they work," Cole confides to Ana, though that doesn't seem to be a 'no'. He tucks a bit of his dark hair behind one ear. "What sort of kiss?"

"I'm not sure they do either, but it's fun to try," she returns with a smile. "Any sort you want! Here, I'll start." Ana leans in and gives him a kiss on the cheek.

Cole supposes that's true. That kissing is fun even if it's not good luck. And even if it feels different now after the few kisses he'd shared with Calvin. He kisses Ana on the cheek and offers her a small smile.
