HAPPY BIRTHDAY ZACH!!!!
When Zach returns to the cabin after classes end, Micah has a cake prepared for him!!!! Or, okay, more like cupcakes because he's not that ambitious, but you don't really want to give Micah permission to light fires in the cabin anyway.
(Although he does have candles, if anyone wants to make a wish????)
Zach's "birthday cake" is five cupcakes lovingly, if sloppily, decorated to look like baby icing birds in a bird's nest; accompanied with a bag of gummy worms, for Zach to "feed his sweet babies," a.k.a. his roommates.
Wrapped in glittery blue paper is what appears to be an old book, fairly unremarkable if whimsical in design. But... if Zach knocks on the cover as directed, the book magically reveals a hidden flask. The flask and secret compartment can be hidden again if Zach knocks on the cover again. For once in his life, Micah was sensible enough to not pre-fill the flask but... if Zach needs to, Micah can hook him up. ;)
(Although he does have candles, if anyone wants to make a wish????)

Thanks for being such a cool prefect and EVEN BETTER friendYour Friend — Forever!!!!!and like literally SAVING MY LIFE????and all-around awesome person to have in this cabin!!! Sorry about ALL THE STRESS I cause you but I hope this birthday cake makes up for it a little :D

Zach wasn't expecting so many gifts, and he's genuinely touched. The cupcakes will be distributed to his hungry baby birds, of course, as will the bag o' worms. Anyone who can catch a worm in their mouth will earn a SECOND WORM, FREE!!!! What a deal!!! Don't get sick, kids.
As for the "book"....... well, Zach doesn't USUALLY get much of an opportunity to PARTY, but...... this little hidey-hole IS super cool. Maybe he'll get a chance to use this flask for his intended purpose this year. It'd probably be fun. ..... OR he can fill it with apple juice. Either way, this is an awesome present.
He saves the wrapping paper, because that's just how he do.
And makes a mental note to REASSURE Micah; he's not causing him any...... UNDUE stress.
