He TOTALLY is. Remember when we had to STEAL HIM for a night to protect him from the RAIN? He BARELY even acted like he wanted candy!!
Maybe we can get caught JAYWALKING in front of him. OR passing a NOTE. I bet that could get us MILDLY arrested.
