Copies of the following contract will be handed out during today's activity. Not signing will bar you from participation. If you do not feel that you can agree to the terms below, there is no shame in bowing out!

Waiver of Liability
This agreement releases Archimedes A. Rose (hitherto known as "Mr. Rose") from all liability relating to injuries that may occur upon consuming Archimedes' Temperament Altering Tincture (hitherto known as the "Tincture"). By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Mr. Rose entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence or just downright drinking poison.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in consuming the Tincture. These include but are not limited to mood swings, headaches, a purple tongue. I swear that I will tell anyone who asks that the alcohol content of the Tincture was negligible. I swear that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. Additionally, I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity. Archie, is there a way to verify this?

By signing below I forfeit all right to bring a complaint against Mr. Rose for any reason. In return, I will be allowed participation in this experiment. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will reiterate the above if questioned by a teacher, staff member, parent or federal agent about what took place during this activity. I acknowledge at no point did anyone promise in writing that I will be able to approach a unicorn unimpeded
