I wouldn't have signed up for it if I didn't want to lend a hand to a few poor, unfortunate souls. A couple others have already asked, and you can join their study sessions if you like. I'm not much for sharing touching memories so everyone can keep their secrets.

What if I schedule some of our rounds together? We won't be able to practice much, but we can talk a little theory. You like theory, right?

It can be HARD at first sometimes. It's a totally different SKILL SET from just going to school. And if you ask me, it takes a LOT of adjustment. So don't worry. Wheelhouses are PRETTY tough to find. No one is born knowing.

I don't think people REALIZE until they start. I didn't. I learned SO MUCH about myself last year. Like that I'm not very good at ever saying no. But you know what they say — with moderate power comes moderate responsibility! And it can be COOL, too, don't you think?

[...] Thank you, Zach. If I ever need advice, I might just ask you. This isn't my definition of fun, per se, but I understand the importance of responsibility. But that doesn't rule out coolness.

So what about you? Do you like being a prefect? Sometimes I suspect our teachers hand-crafted you in the basement to be the perfect prefect.

Hahahahahaha, some would disagree. But thank you! I had good prefecting role models. Like Cecil! And Reece! I don't think I would like it NEARLY so much if I hadn't had their help last year, which is why I know it must be which is why I feel bad for At least Reece is still here! And I try really, really hard. [...] Possibly TOO hard. I've been told I MIGHT be getting a little OVERprotective lately.
