Nice to meet you, Chloe, and I'm glad you asked. Azurcrest is far and above the most exciting house. Everyone's nice, we're not too worried about rules, and there's always something fun going on. You'll never be bored.

How is the sorting?

Not too bad, don't worry. They have you walk into this little cave on your own, and then there are four paintings on the walls for each of the houses. Then you listen to them fight over you for a couple minutes.

You'll be fine. It's actually kind of fun. They shower you in compliments because they're trying to convince you how like them you are.

OH WAIT, did you mean my music? Sorry, I get a little carried away, I've got a one track mind.

Yeah, the music. What kind? And what do you play?

[indiefolk]

Folk, mostly, and classical guitar for my roots. I can play acoustic and electric guitar, the banjo, the ukelele. I'm getting there with the cello and violin but the jump from strumming and plucking to a bow's got me a little more tripped up than I thought it would.

You play any instruments?

I used to play clarinet at my muggle school as a kid, but didn't keep it up.

Thanks! I've got a band and everything, so you should definitely come hear us play. Also: consider this an official invitation to the totally nonexistent party that is so not being talked about outside of wards wink wink.

The clarinet is beautiful. Think you might pick it up again? The school has an open music room, you could check out a loaner, and Ms. Thrussell's really nice and would help you out.
