Ursula's face lights up like the cat who got the cream, slowly, but clearly very pleased with herself. The cafeteria has not caught flames and rioting has not occurred simply because she dared to kiss her boyfriend in a public location. Well actually, these things could have happened and she wouldn't know, because Ursula only has eyes for Ferdie right now. She understands and respects the desire to be an example, it's something she cares about too, something she admires in him, but it's been a long week and right now she just wants to be a regular teenager.
