Well the obvious option is to just never have another fundraiser that could have an element of anonymity. Maybe when flower season rolls around, accept flower orders in person and after being verified, only. It'll hurt sales, overall, but it'll guarantee no one's sending fake orders.

What's done is done and I'm genuinely sorry for anyone that was unintentionally hurt. Without knowing the intimate details of everyone's lives, it's hard to know what isn't genuine, or may otherwise be received poorly.

The process clearly needs to be revisited and thankfully we have some time to brainstorm solutions before Valentine's Day, should we choose to even continue with this style of fundraiser. We've raised enough funds to more than cover the costs of this particular dance, so we may not even need any more fundraisers this year.
