Not really. I mean, I went to youth group when I was a kid. And I go to early service with my Grandma on Sundays when I'm home, but that's mostly because we all go to Marie Callender's after. You know, like for pie and stuff.
Oh, heck yeah. That's why people always say that the can feel God in Chili's, right? Because churches meet there all the time, so He's like, really into it.
Haha, it was all right, I guess. Way more intense than at my old school. We usually just had the sticky tape lady.
Immoral? W Ah. I don't think I'm the right sort of religious. Lowercase r and all. I guess I'm more Baptist flavored agnostic, all in all. Personally, I think if someone's up there, they're more concerned with whether we're kind to each other than whether we're having sex. But I can't tell you what to believe.
Either way, I don't think it's wrong to be informed. It's not like we watched porn, and even if you want to wait until marriage, you'll still need to know a lot of that stuff, you know?
Confusion is understandable, but I don't think you need to feel guilty. You haven't done anything wrong.
I'm not Christian, exactly, but my mother's side of the family are Baptists. My father raised me on [...] some flavor of Paganism but I've been to my grandparents' church enough to understand the culture and belief system.
I know that the assembly felt like it was promoting premarital sex, but they have such a large audience and I think they just want to make sure everyone is safe if they do choose to engage in that. It's better to be informed and prepared, I think? For if or when it does happen? But it's still your choice to make. The choice to abstain is a valid one and nobody will think less of you for sticking by your beliefs.
I don't think it should have been mandatory, but I understand why they made us attend.

Think I would've made rather a good druid back in the day, though, for the fun of it. What an aesthetic.
