A few quick announcements:

The first round of Let's Steal Prom! has been scheduled for this Sunday with plenty of time to spare before the Quidditch match. Hopeful miscreants have until this Saturday to sign up to participate. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone at the event.

Nominations for prom court will be closing a week from today on the 24th. Staff will be reading the nominations, so this is an opportunity to highlight the accomplishments of your friends and classmates. Or simply let them know how cute your boyfriend is, if you prefer.

Yes, I do realize it's just a horrible popularity contest, but I'd still like to see one of us on the ballot again this year. Unless you're all dying to vote on who your favorite Azurcrest is.

I already have a favorite Azurcrest. I thought the general consensus is that you are our Queen? Am I wrong about that? I mean, next to a drag out fight with Rosy. I'm not sure that Chloe, Avery, or myself are dying to get up there.

I [...] Yes, I suppose that's a fair statement. I'm still writing notes for all of you, but we can't cram all ten of our smiling faces on a poster as much as I'd like to. I'd say we have better chances to get one of the boys on the ballot since there's been considerably less campaigning on that end, but they're all so damn humble that I don't know who we can actually convince. Kurt? (Newt?) Yancey? Ennis? Sandy?
