Yesterday, Micah St. Clair brought out his magical photobooth, which takes animated wizarding photos. It was set to not simply spit out a line of four shots, but to generate trading cards! Xavier Lewis and Faye Turner paid Micah for their respective house teams to get cards made. Mr. Oakes will explain to anyone nosy that, no, Mr. St. Clair isn't running a lucrative business out of the artificing shed. Rather, this money goes into a fund that Mr. Oakes uses to help Micah order expensive photography supplies.

After posing, you end up with something a little like this:

RULES

• This IC/OOC is partially backdated to 5/6/14, but your character can naturally get their photo taken today as well.


• Only Ribbonfin and Coppertale Quidditch and Cheer may get a photo taken.


• The cards list your character's name, position, birth date, hometown, height and weight, and there's an additional magically generated blurb that can get a little quirky. It seems to be the result of a charm that tries a little too hard to say flattering things about the subject.


• (The night before, Calvin was working on this particular charm and trying to make it a little less backhanded and a touch more coherent, but Micah assured him that it was perfect.)


• If your character had their photo taken, the cards will be distributed randomly for trading and collecting!


• Calvin Evercreech, who's being a less-than-charming assistant, dryly jokes that if you collect them all, Micah St. Clair will give you a kiss.


• ... If you do, in fact, want to collect them all, please make a comment titled GOTTA CATCH' EM ALL under Collectors, and we'll RNG how many of the 32 total cards they managed to get their hands on. Reward kisses are not guaranteed, as Calvin lacks the authority to tell his classmates who they have to lock lips with.

Remember: this is only for Ribbonfin and Coppertale Quidditch and Cheer. We'll repeat this event before the next game so Ebonhide and Azurcrest will have their turn.
