Yes. But not all bias narratives support this victim complex. The prefects aren't out to get anyone. If anybody is caught doing illegal substances that will fall back on prefects and who had knowledge of it. If you are caught with contraband, that falls back on the prefects that should've caught it. Prefects are forced to make compromises on things no other system of authority would in an attempt to please everybody and people still create a mindless victim complex.
But everyone knows some prefects take it easy on some and harsher on others. Or that two different Prefects wouldn't treat a single person the same way, because people are people and have different experiences and etc.
And what I meant to say about perception and reality etc is that each person's perception is their reality.
Some prefects are harsher than others. Some people are repeat offenders or remorseless. Some prefects don't along with specific people and let that effect what they do. And some prefects shirk their responsibilities and always look the other way instead.
I'm not in control of any of that and I don't try to contribute to any of that. I'm just saying you can't ask for pot so blatantly public dude.
Sure. Perception is their reality but some people can acknowledge that every situation has multiple factors from every angle and different perceptions of any given event exists. And some perceptions are just plain wrong, no matter whose reality it is.

You're as inconvenient for us as we are for you.
CONTINUING TO RESPOND IS NOT TRYING
