HAPPY BIRTHDAY ESSIE
Delivered by Diego's small and useless owl, Lola, in a cute blue gift box.
Inside is a magical silver compass with a blue-and-white cover design. When Essie pops it open, she'll see three arrows: a) a bronze arrow which points to true north, like a normal compass; b) a purple arrow that points to where Mina is, and c) a blue arrow that points to where Diego is.
The purple and blue arrows will swing back and forth for awhile before finding their target—the further they are, the longer it will take, but the compass was promised to always, always be able to resolve Diego and Mina's locations if you just wait. (Well, unless Diego or Mina happen to be no longer on Earth or in mortal peril, but haha, what's the chance of that happening!)
Included is a birthday card:
HAPPY SWEET SIXTEEN ESSIE!!!!
We may be FAR AWAY for the next couple of years but you'll always know where to find your BIG SISTER and BIG BROTHER with this special compass. (Johanna & Ofelia helped!)
