well. i've seen plays where the crew builds these elaborate trees from paper mache and plaster and things. and people keep talking about decorations and getting ready for halloween. so i thought we could make one as a group; something big to decorate the atrium. we could make it dark and gnarled and dead so it's creepy and hide details in the shapes of the bark and everything. like that?? and we could use charms on it so it could interact with people. surprise them or give them things or talk to them. the spells are sort of elaborate but i think we could figure them out.

What's most important isn't an objective fact. That said, if you're more worried about getting a date than you are about wearing a cool costume, you're doing it wrong.

Having a date is fun and all, but you can have just as much fun without one! It's not the most important thing. What matters is you doing whatever you think is most fun.

I think it can be exciting to go as a pair? But I don't think it's important? Though... I guess if it's horror-themed, there's nothing quite like the fear of rejection!! Asking people on dates seems very on theme.
