The ladies who do our stage makeup at home make it look a lot easier than it actually is. I've never considered myself to be an artist by any means - and I'm not terribly good with my regular makeup - so this isn't very surprising to find out? But I do feel bad for fidgeting so much while they were working when I was younger.

How long did it take you to learn?

To be very good? Since I was little. I was maybe six when my father first let me up. But a week or so to walk nicely if you're confident you won't fall. Quickly takes longer. Turning's a bit difficult at first. But you move well. You won't have a problem.
