I wonder if caring for flobberworms and squonks all year is worth the one day you get to see a dragon.

I can say with some conviction that nothing's worth a squonk.

And somewhere, at this very moment, a squonk bursts into tears.

What did you ask, what's the answer?

I asked to know what sort of bad things might happen to me, and the Five of Cups warns of loss or [...] regrets.

[...] Oh. Maybe you're buying some ugly shoes by accident.

Or it might mean nothing. They're just cards.

But you're so good at reading them.

I've read a lot of good ones tonight. One bad one's nothing.

It's for yourself, anyway. Of course you can change your own fate.
