depends on how hard you hit them. if you leave them alone they can bank and turn. if someone hits one, it'll go whatever direction it was hit pretty straight until it hits someone or the boundary. if they hit someone or the boundary they'll redirect for whoever's closest

Okay, makes sense. When they're left alone do they ever stop in midair and/or just flat out reverse direction?
