Ree's asking questions. Essie and I used the the "Early Morning Quidditch" alibi, so please don't say that. Or do, and we'll just all confess to a giant underground sophomore Quidditch fight club or something, instead. At least that would confuse them into submission.

It's just the Grotto that's absolutely forbidden, isn't it? What if we admit to breaking curfew but say we were somewhere else? We might get detention, but they haven't said anything about being pulled off the Quidditch teams for breaking curfew.

It's true. If they do end up catching us in a lie, we can all just agree to admit that we were at the sorting cave having a party. Against the rules, but not so dire of an offence. The worst consequences will be that some of our peers might get their feelings hurt for not being invited.

Yeah, that sounds like a good plan. Rafael caught us last week and he wasn't suspicious so maybe they won't immediately jump to the whole Grotto thing.

Settled. Anyone that gets caught, lie and say you did nothing wrong. If your prefect keeps pushing, say there was a party at the Sorting Cave. Everyone else, stay quiet.
