Placating to deny fear is no help.

There was no conclusion to that seance. How do we know what we saw simply vanished back to where he came from? We dabbled in things we did not understand trying to help. We failed and we helped no one, but we put ourselves in grave danger.

We have no way of knowing anyone is fine because we know nothing.

We don't know anything isn't fine, and the best thing to do now is to stay alert, but not panic. What's done is done, and we'll handle the rest of it.
